Reviews

Chilling, gripping, gruesome, a total page-turner...

The second novel by A. I. Bayroff I've had the pleasure to read and had trouble putting down. The characters are relatable and highly motivated as they move at a quick pace through an engaging and tangled web of thought-provoking secrets and medical mysteries. Sci-fi drama or just a quaint small town? Leaves the reader thinking.

I highly recommend a good read in Harvest; a gripping unfolding of an underlying terror in a town. People in guilt lost boundaries of expectation of a humane existence. This insidious psychological thriller tugged a tiny sympathy for the motivation of the evil means to an end.

Our book club chose this book and we enjoyed the twists and turns and unexpected ending. It was a disturbing plot in many ways but it kept me curious to find out the outcome of the characters.
